Rooms are reserved by Category, Class & base amenities. Our yield manager makes room assignments typically up to the day of arrival, so we can not guarantee and exact or specific room until checkin. Check in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, although we strongly urge arrival between 3 to 6:00 PM for best results. If you've already checked out, we generally email your final folio the afternoon of the day of departure to the email address on file. We would normally
settle any open balance that afternoon, to the credit card furnished to us. Remember that ALL bookings are subject to applicable taxes, including pre-paid or
discount packages. Bed taxes comprise of approximately 10% plus 1% on the average nightly rate for each room. Other charges might include incidentals signed
to the room during your stay such as optional gratuities, spa services, wine bar, retail purchases, mini-bar, dinner, gift shop and more.

We do not recharge you for any special vouchers, certificates, prepaid coupons or gift cards you've redeemed, (If applicable). They may be recapped in the
line item charges on your folio, but then credited back under the payments section of the folio, BEFORE a credit card authorization is obtained to settle the
bill.
