The Stevenswood Farmhouse Mendocino are in direct proximity to the main lodge in Little River on the Mendocino Coast. The Farmhouse style B&B property is a cluster of cute cottages and farmhouses within a short 5 minute stroll to the main resort, in a decidedly Mendocino style, in a vibe and personality that more reflects the area, with rustic touches, and farmhouse charm for this rural locale. This limited service, B&B style plot is located just 2 minutes South of the Village of Mendocino, on the Mendocino Coast. The Farmhouse property has no ocean views, but is very close to beach trails and headlands trails, with access just steps from the farmhouse. Farmhouse Style Rooms
These rooms are typically nicely furnished in a style that fits the vibe of the area, while echoing the popular and consistent designs that include some Victorian touches, mixed in with many of the touches that Stevenswood has made part of it's signature.
The Farmhouse Style Rooms offer limited service, but feature a queen bed and a style that is a notch above the basic accomodations found elsewhere.

Rates in the Farmhouse Style Bed & Breakfast Rooms start at just $ 299 per night, weekends, holidays and special event periods are $ 399 per night, with 2 to 3 night minimums on most weekends and holidays.
