Check-in time is guaranteed by 3:00 PM for most reservations. Early arrivals can sometimes be accomodated upon special request, and subject to resource availability.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late departures can sometimes be accomodated upon special request, and subject to resource availability.

Breakfast hours are from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM daily in our Main Dining Room off the front lobby.

Late Arrivals. If you plan to arrive past the hours of our Welcome Desk (after 9:00 PM) you should contact us for details. Late arrivals are easily accomodated by prior arrangement.

Indigo Eco|Spa is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Appointments are required.

Fitness Room is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

Whirlpools are open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.

Switchboard is able to transfer in-bound calls from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM daily. After hours calls are only connected in cases of emergency.

Outbound telephone services are available from your guest suite 24/7.

Exterior entrances are closed every evening. Please take your suite key with you when leaving the resort.
