Stevenswood has a ocean view workout room. Available equipment includes unlimited use of our universal gym, treadmill, elliptical and recumbent bike, and our infrared heat all-wood sauna.

This facility is available to all Stevenswood Spa Guests on a complimentary basis.

Personal fitness training, and consultations are available through Spa Services on request.

Our Body Composition Analysis is available by appointment for the most comprehensive fitness evaluation. This 30 minute consultation is done in the privacy of a spa treatment suite and includes a thorough clinical analysis of your body’s chemical composition, body fat, metabolism, toxins, water retention, body fat percentage and much more.

The workout room and sauna are open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily and are subject to use at your own risk.

Please review the rules and conditions posted in the workout room for your own safety.

Towels and water are furnished for your convenience.

Yoga classes are available during season and can be scheduled with the concierge.
