I have to be honest here, as a small business owner, I have tried Groupon with my own business and it’s brought out the WORST customers I have EVER dealt with in my life. Even knowing that, prior to my coming here ( on a Living Social Deal) the reviews were so bas, I was prepared for a so-so experience.. UM, NO.
First off we are greeted by a delightful man named Wilson. He was so accommodating and sweet.
The amenities themselves were not super awesome, but the grounds and the staff and the area, more than made up for that.
If I could I would deduct 1/2 a point for the strange sink in the bathroom, and the above noise coming from upstairs.
For 200 dollars, it was more than worth it.
We were offered an extra night for 99, we wished we’d had the time to stay one more day.
Also, we dealt with 3 different front desk guys, all very, very nice..
I think Living Social, and Groupon customers can just be difficult at times..
Sorry but it’s true…..
