Roast goose is an Old World tradition, a central part of the Dickensian Christmas tableau. Cranberry relish, black pepper candied yams and vinegar glazed onions are served along side a delicately roasted free-range organic goose, from Lobel’s of New York.
The Lobels have been purveyors of fine poultry for five generations, and they have prided themselves on upholding the highest standards of quality.
